A Mentoring Program

Statement of Intention
This program is designed to connect Christian women by leveraging modern technology. It is set up to be a resource for those who may not have local opportunities or for organizations wishing to connect their members through this platform.
Focus of the Program
Building Relationships
Emphasis is on connecting a mentor with the mentee to give input into the mentee's life, building trust and a relationship.
Goal Setting
Specific goal setting for the mentee to help them grow in their faith and personal development.
Teaching Topics
Teaching of topics to encourage deeper relationship with God and to reach out to others.
Holy Spirit Guidance
Allowing the Holy Spirit to speak and guide throughout the mentoring process.

The Why
Inspiration for this mentoring program comes from Quin Sherrer's books, lectures and workshop materials. The books, "Cast Your Shadow: Influence on Purpose," and "Prayer Partnerships" contains more in-depth materials. She was very practical and wanted to take simple techniques she learned from other mentors and teach them to other women. Quin mentored and influenced people not only throughout her lifetime but even in her last days. To nurses and doctors, phone calls to younger women, prayer partners and intercessors. She didn't give up but used every chance to speak the gospel to anyone around her.
As her daughter, I caught what she taught. I have had the privilege of older women in my life throughout the years to guide and encourage me. My Grandmother, Jewett Moore, Dorothy Moore in Dallas, Texas with outreach to the inner-city children, Denmark Aglow ladies, and my current "Mom" in Niceville, Florida, Linda. They have helped shape me, love me, and help press me to the mark of knowing our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The idea of taking this practical mentoring program online came with Holy Spirit's leading. Using online platforms like Zoom where we can meet from inside our homes and reach the world. It is a mandate to make this opportunity for a one-on-one connection not only possible but with easy how-to steps and materials. This is not to take away from any local church's programs or experiences, but to allow individual women a place to connect and grow with a more experienced mentor's perspective. This was my mom's passion, and I am passing it onto you. Look around the website and prayerfully considering joining me in casting your shadow to influence the next generation of Christian women.
